We invite all exhibitors who have already registered to participate in Houston Mini Maker Faire 2016, or are thinking about doing so, to attend the planning and information session from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the Children’s Museum of Houston (1500 Binz St, Houston). People planning to help as Maker Faire volunteers are invited too. These sessions are especially helpful to new exhibitors and those with complex exhibit plans, but attendance is optional and key information will be published online afterwards. There will also be a repeat session on Nov 2. Lot’s of information will be shared, but one of the best parts of this is building community! We’re all doing something important for Houston — we invite you to take a few minutes and get to know each other better before and after the info session.
Procedure: park in the Museum parking garage, or in allowed street parking spots. Check in at the front door and ask for the “Mini Maker Faire” meeting — we will be in a large conference room on the 2nd floor. Even though the Museum closes at 6:00 pm we will be allowed to stay until the conclusion of this meeting. We recommend you bring a notepad as lots of info will be shared! And of course there will be time for Q&A.
Thanks for participating in Houston Mini Maker Faire!
